I called Apple support, they couldn't advise anything other than rebuilding the project from scratch... I finally discovered that the problem is solved simply by burning at a slower speed. Keep me posted. But why the heck can't iDVD give you a more descriptive error message....?
No indications about what's wrong, or what I can do to fix it. So I figure, why not try encoding them in iDVD and send a physical DVD to her?
