I am using Administrator account to log on to Exchange Server and I have removed the Deny entries for the Receive As and Send As permissions on the Administrator account, Domain My next step would be to do the exact same thing directly on the Exchange server so that you can compare the log files. I was able to work around it by creating new AD user and assign this account needed permissions as showed in the article.
