I appear to have no problems accessing other https sites. Not the best at rendering but likely a very reasonable alternative to very outdated Firefox. Then I get this message.

A similar error might be showing if you are trying to access a website with https:// and if that website does not have an SSL certificate installed. So, I think the most likely explanation is that you've got some proxy server or proxy software that is intentionally interfering with all your https connections. It has not been updated after a request for more information in the last 30 days, for this reason we are closing the report. I only see this problem when using this build of Phoenix with Windows 2000. I cant open all the web sites. Feel free to reopen it in the future if you have more information and if this is still an issue.
