The file stdole2.tl exists on the WindowsXP CD but, thinking that version might be corrupt, I downloaded the file stdole2.tlb from the internet and copied it into my Windows\System32 folder.

When it starts to use installshield an error comes up and says "Error extracting support files: the server threw an exception." I have searched for awhile and cannot find anyone solutions Can only get 1143.Update: a reboot of this Win 7 PC fixed it. I have replicated this on our Server and another PC.Our local Distributor Technical person said to roll back to SP3 or SP2, i have done this but still receive the same Save TXT file. 4.
