When the LilyPond developers decide that one of their old ideas was bad, they change it.  This makes the program better, but often breaks compatibility with older files.  Fortunately they provided If we *don't* display an error, nobody on windows or osx is going to check the log. the word error should be reserved for severe situations, there are other words to direct the attention to such discrepancies. I have tried loading the resulting .ly file into Frescobaldi and get the following error log; LilyPond [hornpipe.ly] starting (preview mode)... The copyist for this version of "King Arthur" was French, and wrote the cues and titles in French.  However, he kindly provided a way to replace all the text with English.  This might be the cause. useful reference The message and debug functions in warn.hh also have an optional argument newline, which specifies whether the message should always start on a new line or continue a previous message.
