All my certs are still in my keychain, and I'm able to build signed stuff for iOS that works just fine. I had recently reimaged my machine and in doing so the provisioning profile was no longer valid for that machine. Build Settings -> Code Signing -> Code Signing Identity -> Release Select your iOS developer profile.
