Any other ideas? When I went to open the log and put my contents back up after the hotsyn it had no record.

I was able to open the Palm Desktop and lo and behold, there was an address book file. http://invictanetworks.net/error-failed/error-failed-to-open-date-book-database.html Hotsync again to make sure you don’t get the error (Synchronize the files). I continues to tell me that I have an error. Are you sure it isn't Manage?When you click on the down-arrow are there any other Palm users listed (Not to be confused with the Windows user)?
