You gotta put this library (FOD.Intranet.Lib) into the solution. Your assembly will be packaged to WSP, defined in manifest and deployed everytime. blog.mastykarz.nl/… it has a step-by-step guide how to add an assembly to a package. The Microsoft.Dynamics.Framework.Portal.SharePoint assemblies are supposed to be located in the GAC (C:\Windows\assembly\GAC_MSIL\).
