Unfortunately, I have had 'FAIL' at every turn. I know it sounds simple but could be the problemClick to expand... I also had it in my C drive to begin with, but that change seemed to have made all the difference. Good luck.

The only thing I'm able to do on the phone is get into the bootloader by holding * and # (only on USB connection as battery is dead). I tried downloading the rom from rom manager verizon 2.0.1 stock without root odexed and it gave me some error when installing. So my question is, if I root her phone do I HAVE to flash a custom ROM? After i select the file and push start nothing happens.
