Check out other events, look for application errors, device manager driver errors. If event ID 7034 is also logged for a service, then restoring the service default settings to resolve event ID 7034 would also resolve this error. Again, just change the start up type on windows defender to "disabled" Microsoft security essentials does a good job of virus protection and malware protection so you really don't need Windows
